Shipping & Tracking Number Delays
We are entering a very busy, gift-giving season and carriers are under significant stress. Delays can happen anytime of year but are heightened during the holiday season. We recommend ordering early if you need your product by a specific date. If you notice a delay once your tracking number has become active, please let us know by filling out a “contact us” form. If a package is lost during transit, the carrier does not notify us or the buyer and it is not until we hear a complaint we know there is a problem.
